The stay is conditional as the Director reserves the authority and discretion to reinstate the license limitation based upon all relevant facts and circumstances. In an approved retraining or residency program the physician shall be placed on probation for five years or until the successful completion of retraining to the satisfaction of the Director of the Office of Professional Medical Conduct, whichever is later, subject to the terms of the original order. | New York Department of Health |
